large or 2 medium cucumbers
peeled and diced

avocado

sour cream

cloves
garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of one lemon

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Puree all ingredients in a blender.
Chill in the fridge at least one hour before serving.
