Easy Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
Sauce:

apple cider vinegar

low sodium soy sauce

garlic

ground ginger

red pepper flakes

Vegetables:

beans

onion
chopped
oz
mushrooms
sliced

olive oil
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Heat olive oil over med-high heat and add the veggies. Stir fry about 5 minutes.
Stir in the sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is reduced.
