Cinnamon Soft Pretzel Bites

packet yeast

maple sugar

Instructions
Heat milk in the microwave for one minute. Stir in the yeast and let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in the honey, 2 Tbsp butter, and salt.
Slowly add the flour until the dough is thick and no longer sticky. Knead dough for 10 minutes.
Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm spot to rise for an hour.
Preheat oven to 425.
Divide dough in sections and roll into thin ropes. Cut the dough in 1 1/2"-2" pieces.
Bring the water and baking soda to a boil. Dip the pretzel pieces in the water and place on a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
Stir together the maple sugar and cinnamon.
Dip the pretzel bites in the 1/4 cup of melted butter then coat them with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
