Chocolate Heartbreak Overnight Oats

Overnight oatsOvernight oats are easy to prepare the night before and even easier to eat when you wake up in the morning.  Add more milk in the morning if the oats are too thick or even microwave them for a quick minute if you prefer them warm.  Overnight oats are healthy and delicious.

As a side note, it is also Groundhog’s Day today.  Happy Groundhog’s Day from Pennsylvania!  Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning which means 6 more weeks of winter.  That darn groundhog.  I might be starting my garden late this year if it is too cold. Groundhog's Day
