Clean Eating Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 apples sliced
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½-3/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.  Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Layer the apples in the baking dish.  Drizzle with the lemon juice and maple syrup.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, and cinnamon.  Add in the honey and coconut oil and stir with a fork until the mixture becomes crumbly
  4. Spread the crumble topping on the apples and bake 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
