Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal with Maple Whipped Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup ricotta
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, bring the milk and vanilla to a boil. Stir in the oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the raisins and cinnamon.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the ricotta and maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Top on the oatmeal.
