Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 strips bacon sliced
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Mix the red pepper, parsley, onion, and bacon in a bowl.
  3. Lay the cod fillets on a foil lined pan. Place the butter on top then top with the pepper mixture.
  4. Bake 20 minutes.
