Broccoli and Pea Stir Fry with Walnuts

Ingredients

coconut oil

small heads of broccoli
separated into florets
2-3

snow peas
1/4

walnuts
Sauce:
2
Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
honey
1/4
cup
low sodium soy sauce
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tsp
ground ginger
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Heat coconut oil over medium heat and add the broccoli and peas. Stir fry about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
Add half the sauce and walnuts and cook until the sauce is reduced. Add more sauce until desired consistency is reached.

Notes: Add in cooked chicken, shrimp, or beef prior to adding in sauce.
