It’s such an easy recipe and only takes one pot to make. Olena says you can even sub the ground beef for precooked shredded chicken to save even more time.


I love the sound of Sonia’s recipe for spaghetti with crab meat. All you have to do is heat the ingredients, cook the pasta and mix them all together! I bet this would be good served as a pasta salad, too.


Dinner

Taco soup from Kristen at Slender Kitchen takes less than 5 steps. Add everything to your crockpot, cook for 4-8 hours, and then shred the chicken.


Sheet pan dinners are my new favorite thing and this sheet pan chicken and green beans recipe from Kelsey does not disappoint! Instead of chicken thighs, you can use boneless breasts and cook the chicken and green beans together for the same amount of time. So easy!


I love sweet potatoes. I never thought of adding them to a chicken casserole with bbq sauce before, but that’s exactly what Lilian at Simple Living Recipes did and I can’t wait to try it.


Here’s another slow cooker recipe that can even be frozen and reheated on a chilly fall day. Kate adds quinoa to the bbq chicken chili recipe that is both filling and delicious.


What’s pizza chicken? Courtney and Will share this easy 30 minute recipe for chicken topped with mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pepperonis. I’m thinking of adding some sautéed veggies.
