Apple and Raisin Stuffed Acorn Squash

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Slice the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds. Set aside in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the apple, raisin, spices, and maple syrup.
  4. Spoon the apple mixture into each squash half.
  5. Top each half with one tablespoon of butter.
  6. Cover the squash with foil and bake 45 minutes-1 hour.
